Cathy, our Vice President Operations and Chief Compliance Officer, joined the firm in 1998 and is responsible for day-to-day operations. Her organizational and leadership skills are key to ensuring the effectiveness of the firm's human resources, training, accounting and IT departments. Cathy is Series 7, 24 and 99 registered, and is accountable for the developmental process of assuring adherence to the many regulatory compliance requirements of the financial investment industry. As Vice President Operations, Cathy is directly responsible for formulating and implementing policies and procedures with the firm's back office operations. Cathy's goal is to insure that all our clients receive outstanding operational processing service.

Prior to joining M. Griffith, Cathy had more than 12 years of experience as the Advertising Manager of an in-house advertising agency for Tehan's Catalog Showrooms. She was also the Director of Operations for Tracker Referral Network, Inc.  She holds an A.A.S Degree in Advertising Design and Production from Mohawk Valley Community College.

Cathy is very involved in our community. Over the years, She has held many leadership and executive board positions in various youth organizations. Cathy also gives back to local high school and college campuses by lecturing and assisting with classroom instruction for business-oriented events.  She is a MVSHRM Board Member, a member of SHRM and the Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council.

Cathy is a Mohawk Valley native and resident. In her spare time, she enjoys the great outdoors, spending time with her family and her 7 beagles.
